Spearco Construction was founded to bring the discipline of large-scale construction management to private clients, developers and commercial occupiers — without the overhead and slowness of a tier-one contractor.
We work as Principal Contractor on schemes from £500k to £5m across Essex, London and the South East. Programme, cost and quality are reported weekly. Subcontractors are vetted, paid on time and managed to a single set of standards.
